The menu on mininova.org relies on an iframe element detecting mouse events, but it is obscured by the page it contains (whether this is correct or not is debatable).
This script makes the iframe page detect the events instead so the menu works correctly.
Deprecated: After Opera 8.5, this script is no longer needed.
